After almost 20 years of working with high-performing nonprofits and public charter schools, I'm so excited to be launching this adventure.

I have to start with a note of thanks and appreciation to my wife for her love, support, and for making this big leap possible.  Big thanks to my super-talented partners, too, for helping turn this from a dream over some beers into a reality.  Thanks also to my last two bosses whose faith, trust, and good council have helped put us in a position to work with so many amazing organizations.  Finally, thanks to you for reading and caring.

We've been doing some pretty amazing things in Cleveland -- the comeback city! -- and I'm very excited to share what we've learned while learning even more from other organizations across our community and across the country.

Cheers,
Lyman
